<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canadian students (including permanent residents and landed immigrant students) enrolled in a graduate program in communications or a related field in another country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be fully paid-up members of the CCA at the time of submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sole and co-authored articles can be submitted in either English or French;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must submit their article to the head of the selection committee (the President of CCA) by the deadline as set out in the call for contributions and as indicated on the CCA website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Articles must be submitted in PDF or Word format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only articles between 3,000 to 4,000 words (bibliography excluded) that adhere to recognized scholarly presentation format will be considered; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cover page must include: the title of the article, as well as the author\u2019s name, contact information (email address, postal address, and telephone number), university affiliation and degree status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee will be made up of no less than five members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>CCA President (or a member of the Executive, or member of Board of Directors, or if deemed appropriate a non-Board member of the CCA whose membership with the association is in good standing);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One member from the Eid Family (or a delegate) who does not have voting rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One member from the National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) or a delegate;
